Rentals are from Saturday 16.00 hrs-Saturday 10.00 hrs local time.
Prices include gas, water and electricity, linen and towels (not beach towels).
The property is always inspected between lets to ensure it is clean and tidy. Guests are requested to ensure the house is cleaned before departure and that any items that have been damaged are replaced.
| Short Breaks | Short breaks or long weekends may be arranged in low season or if there is availability. Breaks of less than one week will be charged pro rata the week's rental. |
| Damage Deposit | A damage deposit of £100 will be added to the final payment. This will be returned within 2 weeks of the keys being returned (provided there has been no damage or breakages and there are no outstanding payments). |
